URINATING DRUNK

I'm walking a friend's dog just before 2am this morning, and find some college-aged individuals driving off in their cars. They were a bit noticeable, due to the yelling and loud music. As I'm approaching the Chandler Boulevard entrance on my way back, I see one of them urinating not far from the entryway.
