SOMEONE ON THE ROOF TONIGHT

I arrived home from a meeting just before 11pm (2300 Hours). My neighbor comes out of the elevator in the parking structure and asks me if I was coming or going, because he heard someone on the roof, and it sounded as if someone was "punching the ceiling" repeatedly. I called the Courtesy Officer to report it.

Not even a week before, I was told by another resident of two consecutive days he heard someone walking around above his family's unit at night.

I am posting this to ask any of the residents that may be hanging around up there to please refrain from doing so. Aside from disturbing the families residing below, it is also an insurance liability.
