Rodney in apartment 272 at THE LOFTS AT NOHO COMMONS IS THE WORST **** NEIGHBOR!!! He is a film editor who works from his apartment and BLASTS HIS **** MUSIC AT ALL HOURS OF THE NIGHT. I have never wished ill will on any person in my life, but I truly abhor this person and the management group for doing NOTHING!!!!!! If you want to pay 2500 and up a month and live in a complex where it takes an act of god(congress to nonbelievers) to get a light bulb changed then The Lofts at NOHO Commons at 11136 chandler blvd is the place for you.
